What is the difference between a regular, deep and move-out cleaning?
A regular cleaning maintains a home that is cleaned often: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens and bathrooms. If no one has cleaned professionally in a while, start with a deep cleaning, which adds blinds, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans and built-up grime. A move-out cleaning is for an empty home and includes the inside of kitchen cabinets and drawers.
How often should my house be cleaned?
As often as you need: one time, weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. The more often we come, the bigger the discount, up to 20% off every visit with weekly cleaning.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Every cleaning has a 48-hour warranty. If we missed something, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area or credit your next visit. If you are home when the team finishes, please point it out before they leave.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours the fee is $40.00, and same-day cancellations are $80.00.
Is there an upfront fee?
No. Nothing is charged when you book. Your card is charged after your cleaning.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our teams bring all the supplies and equipment they need. If you prefer a special product, let us know and we will use it.
Will the same team clean my home every time?
We do our best to send the same team for recurring cleanings. Rescheduling, time off and availability can occasionally mean a different team.
What happens if something is damaged?
Please call 469-742-3993 within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will make it right.
